POLICE in Inverclyde say they have seized further off-road bikes being used illegally in the district as they continue to crack down on dangerous and anti-social behaviour.
In partnership with the local authority, the force said that it is continuing in 'the quest to solve the issue', which has been highlighted in the Telegraph in recent weeks.
We reported the fears of a worried constituent who claims that reckless youths racing around Greenock Cemetery in off-road motorbikes could end up killing someone.
Police also issued a warning last month stating that they take such actions very seriously and that offenders will be prosecuted and bikes seized.

In an update on Friday, Police Scotland said: "Additional patrols are being allocated to target those using these bikes in an illegal manner, in areas of concern as identified by members of the public.
"A further bike has been seized recently, identified as one involved in such anti-social behaviour.
"Identification of these riders is key.
"Tell us where they are being stored and we will do the rest."
Anyone with concerns over the issue is urged to call 101 or anonymously contact Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111.
