A MAN was taken to hospital following a two-car crash in Greenock town centre this afternoon.
Emergency services attended the incident on Regent Street just after 3pm.
Police Scotland confirmed that the accident involved two cars, one of which was stationary at the time of the crash.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We received a report of a crash involving a car and a stationary car on Regent Street, Greenock, around 3.05pm on Thursday, 12 September.
“Emergency services attended and the male driver was taken to hospital for treatment."
