GREENOCK Light Opera Club have plans to give more school pupils greater access to their performances.
The amateur company have been awarded funding with the hope of supporting the membership of three school pupils and giving at least 60 the chance to watch their shows.
Their next show is Sweeney Todd at the Beacon Arts Centre, running from November 6-9.
They were recently successful in applying for £810 from the Inverclyde Council community grants scheme.
