A GREENOCK man who was arrested following a major police response at the former IBM site in the town on Sunday has appeared in court.
Craig Osborne faces two indictment charges under the Criminal Law (Scotland) Act 1995 relating to alleged vandalism and possession of a blade.
The 23-year-old appeared on petition at a private hearing at Greenock Sheriff Court on Monday afternoon.
He made no plea and was committed for further examination.
Osborne was released on bail, with a date for his next court appearance yet to be confirmed.
