A BID to display adverts on the side of Greenock's Celtic Supporters Club has been approved by Inverclyde Council planners.
The Laird Street club had put forward an application to install an LED advertising panel on the rear of their premises, facing on to Dalrymple Street.
In their decision notice, council officers state: "The proposal complies with the relevant provisions of the development plan and there are no other material considerations that indicate otherwise.
"This is determined following an assessment which has had regard to the provisions of the development plan, so far as material to the application, and to any other material considerations."
