EMPLOYERS from across Inverclyde are inviting local job-seekers to attend an event in Greenock this week.
The Inverclyde Job Fair takes place in Greenock Town Hall from 10am until 12.30pm on Wednesday, October 2.
Employers attending on the day will include Cigna, DXC, Ferguson Marine, Diodes, HSCP Homecare, James Frew, McGills, Dales Marine, G4S, Home Office and more.
A spokesperson said: “If you are looking for employment, self-employment opportunities or even considering a career change, please come along to the event where employers and training providers will be promoting a wide-range of job opportunities and training programmes from a variety of sectors.
“Support services, including Skills Development Scotland, will be available to help identify the most appropriate opportunities, update and improve your CV and offer a range of support and advice to help guide you on your career journey.”
The event is being hosted by Inverclyde Council in partnership with Greenock's Job Centre and Skills Development Scotland (SDS).
