FUNDING has been made available for selected properties at a 30-home luxury housing development in Greenock's west end.
Twenty-four terraced villas and six terraced houses are being constructed at the former Greenock Academy site on Madeira Street, now called The Scholars.
The properties are on the market with a set price range of £325,000-£395,000, but selected houses on the development will be applicable for an exclusive offering.
Developers CCG Homes have announced that funding worth up to £10,000 is being made available to some potential buyers.
CCG Homes say the offering can be tailored to the buyer's needs to alleviate some of the costs and hassle that can sometimes be associated with the homebuying customer journey.
