FOOTBALL fans are in for a memorable night at the Mar Hall Hotel as Scotland legend Ally McCoist launches his highly anticipated new book.
McCoist will be launching 'Dear Scotland: On the Road with the Tartan Army' at the Bishopton hotel on October 25 from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
The event will feature an in-conversation session with renowned sportswriter Leo Moynihan, offering fans an insight into McCoist's career, personal stories, and an opportunity to hear about his new book.
With 61 caps and 19 goals for the national team, Ally McCoist has been part of some of the great Scotland teams of the past and played with legendary players across his career.
After retiring from football, Ally enjoyed success as both a manager and commentator, captivating audiences with his sharp wit and insightful analysis.
Recently awarded an OBE in the King’s Birthday Honours, he now presents the TalkSport Breakfast show and works with both TNT Sport and ITV.

Tickets for the event are now on sale for £30 each, which includes a signed copy of the new book.
Proceeds will be donated to McCoist’s chosen charity, My Name’5 Doddie Foundation, set up to support Motor Neuron Disease sufferers and further research for a cure.
