Residents and their families enjoyed an all-day coffee morning and raised more than £600 for charity.
Staff at John Galt House sheltered housing complex put on a fabulous spread for the Macmillan fundraiser.
Wardens Mary MacIssac, Fiona McWilliams organised the bash cleaner Caroline Hagan pitched in too.
Mary said: "Everyone enjoyed the day. There was home baking, cakes, sausage rolls, teas, coffees, juices and sweets and a tombola.
"It was so busy they must have had 90 people during the day. Residents, their families and visitors.
"People kept coming back for more, we were run off our feet.
"It was a great atmosphere. We want to thank everyone for their donations to the tombola and home baking. All the residents had an input."
Mary would also like to thank Stephen Rodgers from Home Fix Scotland for decorating the hall.
The final total was £637.50.
