Kilmacolm Unofficial Running Club (KURC) brought a touch of Hawaii to Inverclyde at their latest annual charity event.
There were Magnum PI shirts, grass skirts, and flower necklaces aplenty at the fund-raising night at the Kidston Hall.
The evening was very well supported, and the opening half saw the amazing amount of £3,170 raised for Inverclyde Women’s Aid.
A club spokesperson said: “Everyone enjoyed a hot buffet break, before our DJ had the crowd on its feet for the ‘dance until you drop’ second half.
“The club wishes ‘mahalo’ to everyone who came along and supported the evening with smiles and styles. We’re grateful for all the support during the charity auction, raffle, and games, which raised this super sum.
“The club is also very grateful to all the local businesses who generously donated a wide range of amazing raffle prizes.”
