INVERCLYDE Health and Social Care Partnership will roll out training in a bid to help tackle the high rate of drug deaths in the area.

Free two hour long training sessions are being made available between now and Christmas time as the authority looks to create an 'Inverclyde-wide' response to tackle drug deaths.

The training looks to inform members of the public on how to recognise symptoms of a drug overdose and how to use a Naloxone kit.
