PLANS for a new vehicle maintenance workshop at a business premises in Greenock have been lodged with council bosses.

Dunns Holdings Ltd are seeking permission for the new building at their premises on Cartsburn Street.

Documents published on Inverclyde Council’s website describe the site’s current use as a ‘garage yard’, and say that discussions have been held with officials from the local authority on the outline feasibility of the proposals and on the access point of remaining disused land at the site.
