BOOK lovers across Inverclyde are being invited to celebrate the first birthday of Ardgowan Hospice’s Gourock bookshop this weekend.
The Wee Bookshop in Kempock Street opened its doors in October 2023 and has since proved a huge hit with readers across the area keen to support the hospice’s work.
The one-year anniversary will be celebrated at the bookshop on Saturday, October 12 between 5pm and 6.30pm – and there will be free cake and fizz provided too. All are welcome.
