WHERE is the best place for a curry in Inverclyde?

We asked this to the readers of the Greenock Telegraph on Facebook in honour of National Curry Week and got a wide variety of responses.

There was one answer that proved the most popular with readers, being mentioned seven separate times.

One user stated it was “the best in Inverclyde” and another said they’d “never had a bad meal or takeaway” there.

The second most common answer was China Carry Out on Inverkip Street, with four people naming it as the best place for a curry.

Both Mango and Fei Wong were also popular with the public and getting three mentions each.

Other answers varied from Ben & Sue Chinese, Priya’s Palace, Taj Mahal, Connelly’s, and Saffron in Kilmacolm,

Person even stated that the best place that they'd ever been to for a curry was “on my settee”.
