THE leasehold of a popular Gourock restaurant which closed its doors earlier this month is now available.

Yvandi’s Kitchen shut suddenly in early October after just five months in business – with owner Yvonne Purdie citing difficulties with rising running costs.

The premises was previously occupied by Fusion, which closed last year after 15 years trading in the town.

This superb restaurant’s leasehold is now being marketed for sale by Gourock property firm Bowman Rebecchi.

The venue is described as being in ‘walk-in’ condition for a new operator.

The current lease has nine and a half years left, expiring in 2034 with an annual rental amount of £12,600.

There is a break option in 2031 also for both parties. A copy of the lease is available upon request, with an extension to the current lease potentially available.

The business was operating on a projected first-year turnover of £325,000

Interested parties should contact Bowman Rebecchi for further information and to arrange to view.
