THE iconic Waverley has returned home to the Clyde as her 2024 season nears an end.
The paddle steamer has been cruising around the English coast since late August, including visits to Fowey, Dartmouth, Plymouth and Penzance.
In August, Waverley sailed from Plymouth before entering the River Dart to meet Paddle Steamer Kingswear Castle - the first ever meeting of both paddle steamers on the Dart.
She has also enjoyed several cruises on London’s River Thames in recent weeks.

She took fuel at Gravesend and Fishguard, with her steaming time between London to Glasgow coming in at just under 70 hours.
The paddle steamer will be berthed in Glasgow until Saturday, when she sails to Greenock, Kilcreggan, Dunoon and Arrochar.
Tickets for her final two cruises of the year are available at waverleyexcursions.co.uk.
