THE deadline to register to vote in the upcoming Gourock by-election closes tomorrow.
Those who wish to cast their ballot in the Inverclyde West (ward five) by-election on November 7 must register to vote by midnight on Tuesday.
The by-election was trigged by the resignation of Gourock councillor Martin McCluskey earlier this year, following his election as an MP.
Those who wish to register to vote can do so at www.gov.uk/register-to-vote.
