Police say a teenager who had been reported missing from the Greenock area has been traced.
Officers had asked for the public's help in finding Shay Weir, 19, who was reported missing after last being seen at 1pm on Friday, October 18.
An alert seeking information from the public was issued on Sunday afternoon.
But at 7.18am on Monday Police Scotland issued an update, with a spokesperson stating: "Police can confirm Shay Weir, reported missing from the Greenock area has been traced safe and well."
