A GREENOCK church is keen for people across Inverclyde to raise their voices and join its choir.
The team at St John's Episcopal Church in Union Street are searching for people across all voice parts, and both male and female singers will be welcome.
The church has a sung liturgy on Sunday mornings which usually includes anthems.
Church organist Dr Peter Christie is keen to meet with anyone who would like to get involved.
Experience is not necessary.
Reverend Canon Wilhelmina Nesbitt said: "St John's has a history of strong musical tradition but in recent years, loss of membership and the pandemic has reduced our choir to a tiny number of very committed and able members.
"We wish very much to kick-start a larger choir again and make a joyful noise."
To find out more contact Canon Nesbitt on 01475 732441, or pop along to St John's on a Sunday morning for the service at 11am.
