A LIFELINE Kilmacolm organisation received a donation of £2,500 from a group of big-hearted locals.
The Haven secured the cash boost from members of Gryffe Valley Rotary.
The money will go towards the rehabilitation service's mobile crepe and coffee van project, which seeks to convert a horse box into a refreshment vehicle.
The team at The Haven provide transformative support and rehabilitation for men with drug and alcohol problems, integrating Christian principles, trauma-informed care, and person-centred support.
Gryffe Valley Rotary's fundraising over the past few years has concentrated on local mental health and dementia charities.
President Sai Kumar presented the cheque to Haven support worker Jason Murphy.
Jason said: "I can't thank Gryffe Valley Rotary enough for providing these generous funds to help facilitate the project.
"Everyone at The Haven is looking forward to bringing this really exciting project to fruition and these funds will help us enormously."
