BOSSES at Ardgowan Distillery are seeking permission to temporarily display the company’s logo on a gable as construction continues.
A planning application for the proposed advertisement has been submitted to Inverclyde Council.
The illuminated sign would feature a large golden ‘A’, as well as the name of the distillery in blue lettering.
Construction started at Bankfoot in October last year, with the first phase of works due to be completed by the end of the year.
The second phase will focus on the visitor centre aspect of the site.
Ardgowan Distillery's temporary advert would remain in place until covered by this section of the development.
Planning officials at Inverclyde Council are considering the proposal.
