A FORMER Scotland rugby star recently shared his tales from his time in the professional game with members of a Greenock club.
Greenock Wanderers hosted its second annual 'Lads Lunch' on Sunday in a bid to promote positive role models, highlight men’s health issues and encourage meaningful conversations.
Adam Ashe, who featured for the national side between 2014 and 2020, was invited along as a guest speaker on the day.
He discussed his experiences in professional rugby and the lessons he learned along the way.
In a social media post, the club said: “A huge thank you to everyone who attended and made the day such a success.
“We look forward to even more of you joining us for next year’s Lads Lunch.
"Together, we can keep building connections and supporting one another.”
