PROPERTY firm Bowman Rebecchi has announced that an offer has been accepted for the leasehold of a Gourock restaurant which shut suddenly earlier this month.
The former Yvandis Restaurant closed its doors due to difficulties with rising costs and 10 staff were let go.

The restaurant had been popular with Gourock locals, attracting excellent reviews online.
The leasehold only became available in the middle of this month but has now been snapped up by a new mystery tenant.
Bowman Rebecchi has said that further details of the new tenant will be announced soon.
