A MAN is to stand trial at Greenock Sheriff Court next year charged with possessing criminal property at a Greenock shop.
Asgar Aslam, 46, is charged with unlawfully obtaining £20,000 at Sweetbox on Eldon Street in November 2021.
He is also alleged to have transferred £18,140 to other bank accounts, as well as withdrawing £700.
Aslam, of Busby, pleaded not guilty to both charges, with a trial being fixed for March 3 next year.
