WATER has been restored in parts of Greenock after a burst pipe left some residents without a supply for several hours.
Scottish Water technicians were called to the town at around 8:30am after customers in the PA16 area experienced an interruption to their supply.
In an update shared shortly before 2:30pm, the utility company confirmed repairs have now been completed.
Customers should now see water supply gradually come into service, but are warned this could take up to two hours.
