A MAN is to stand trial at Greenock Sheriff Court next month accused of driving carelessly and crashing into a stationary vehicle.
Maciej Wisniewski, 57, is charged with driving without due care and attention on Belville Street on December 21, 2022.
It is alleged that he then collided with a car, causing damage to both vehicles.

He is also charged with failing to provide two specimens of breath for analysis at Greenock police office on the same date, which prosecutors say were required to ascertain the proportion of alcohol in his breath while driving.
Wisniewski, of Kinloch Terrace, maintained his not guilty pleas on Tuesday and is due to return for trial on December 13.
