A YOUNG man has been taken to hospital following a one-vehicle crash on the A78 on Tuesday.
Emergency services were called to a report of the incident at around 8:25pm on November 12 and a 23-year-old man was taken to hospital.
The road was closed for around three hours to allow time for the vehicle to be recovered.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 8.25pm on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, we were called to a report of a one-vehicle crash on the A78, Greenock.
“Emergency services attended and a 23-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment.
“The road was closed for around three hours to allow recovery of the vehicle to be arranged. Enquiries are ongoing.”
