THE owners of Kip Marina have unveiled plans to improve and extend the facilities on offer at the marine hub.
Holt Leisure have lodged an application with Inverclyde Council seeking permission to build a new laundrette for the use of customers at the Inverkip facility.
The company also wants to carry out alterations to existing shower and toilet facilities at the site.
The proposed new facilities would be located at the southern end of the main marina building, which is home to the Chartroom restaurant.
Comments can be made by members of the public until December 6.
