A GREENOCK woman is to stand trial after she denied crashing into several vehicles whilst allegedly almost four-times the drink driving limit.
Jade Hoggan, 34, faces three charges relating to an incident said to have taken place on Belville Street on October 17.
Prosecutors say she drove a car whilst the proportion of alcohol in her breath was 87 micrograms per 100 millilitres. The legal limit is 22 micrograms.
Hoggan is alleged to have failed to maintain control of the vehicle, causing it to collide with three cars, a van and a bicycle - all of which were parked and unattended at the time.
She faces a further charge of failing to stop and give her name and address, as well as her car’s identification marks.
Hoggan, of Ladyburn Street, pleaded not guilty to all charges at Greenock Sheriff Court.
She is due to return for trial on March 24 next year and was granted bail in the meantime.
