A GREENOCK woman has denied assaulting a man and stealing a set of keys from him during an incident in the town.
Robyn McGarry, 22, is charged with repeatedly pushing the complainer, her partner or ex-partner, on the body at Victoria Quay on October 25.
It is alleged she also stole a rucksack and a set of keys from him on the same date.
McGarry, of Belville Street, appeared at Greenock Sheriff Court on an undertaking, where she pleaded not guilty to both charges through defence solicitor Gerry Keenan.
A trial was fixed for February 19, 2025.
