AN Inverclyde band is vying for a national music award – but they need the public’s support to secure the prize.
Slix are nominated for Best Live Act at the 2024 Scottish Alternative Music Awards.
The event seeks to recognise the best new Scottish music by shining a spotlight across an eclectic range of contemporary genres.
Each category will be decided by a public vote, which remains open until 5pm on Wednesday.
Slix face competition from Becky Sikasa, Leahgte and Psweatpants.
Winners will be announced at a ceremony at Saint Luke's and The Winged Ox in Glasgow on November 30.
