KILMACOLM’S Scout group is holding its rescheduled Quiz and Curry Night this weekend.
The event takes place at the Scout Hall on Barr’s Brae on Saturday, November 23, with the doors opening at 7pm and the quiz beginning at 7.30pm.
Attendees can also enjoy a bar and a raffle with prizes including an overnight stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Glasgow.
Tickets for the event, which will support the Scouts’ planned trip to Norway next summer, cost £12.
So far £1,400 has been raised for the trip and the group is hoping Saturday’s event will give the coffers another boost.
