THE short, sharp snowfall that briefly carpeted Inverclyde yesterday got plenty of Tele readers talking - and snapping.

The snow flurry of Wednesday afternoon didn't last long, but with forecasters predicting that there could be more to come today, along with a weather warning this weekend for heavy rain, strong winds and possibly more snow, yesterday might not be the last chance locals will have to capture some wintry scenes on camera.
