PLANNING bosses have been asked to approve a ‘retrospective’ application for the installation of decking at a Greenock home.
An application to Inverclyde Council on behalf of John Fisher states that he was unaware that planning consent was needed for the work at the rear of property in Lyle Road.
The application has an ‘expiry date’ of December 9, according to information published on Inverclyde Council’s website, though under standard planning rules the authority has two months to reach a decision.
The formal planning application and supporting documents can be viewed online at planning.inverclyde.gov.uk by searching for the reference code 24/0248/IC.
