A TALENTED choir is set to hit the high notes at its Christmas concert next month.
Greenock Philharmonic Choir will perform at the Lyle Kirk in Union Street.
The group is delighted to be welcoming two special guest ensembles - Riverside Youth Band and, for the first time, Angel Voices children’s choir from Kilmacolm.
Nicholas Wilks, musical director, said: "There is something for everyone in the programme, from traditional audience carols and music from the Renaissance to very recent music by Sir James MacMillan and Sir John Rutter.
"There will also be traditional carols with audience participation.”
The concern will be held on Saturday, December 7 at 7.30pm.
Tickets are £12, which includes festive refreshments. Under-18s and students are free.
