An award-winning family butchers has won yet another gong for its haggis - for a record fifth time.
McCaskie's in Wemyss Bay has been crowned People's Choice Champion at Haggisfest.
This is the leading annual competition for haggis, which is entered by the country's top haggis makers - and this award is particularly important in that it is judged by members of the public.

Owner Nigel Ovens was joined by chief haggis maker Billy McFadden to attend the event at Oban Haggis Festival at Oban Distillery.
Mr Ovens, posting on social media, said: "A great occasion with a record amount of entries from the UKs most prominent haggis makers taking part in two competitions.
"The Golden Haggis Award judged by two judges and the People's Choice judged by the the public .
"We were finalists in the Golden Haggis but narrowly missed out this year to the title.
The People's Choice competition was a different story.
He added: "Delighted to say we were the winners by a huge margin showing our haggis once again delights the taste buds of the wider audience of haggis lovers with nearly 300 visitors taking part in the blind tasting.
"A great day catching up with old friends and bringing back another hand crafted trophy our fifth people's choice champion in nine years."
The award shows that McCaskie's is in a league of its own with no other butcher winning the award more than once.
Nigel's brother William said: "This award started in 2015 and stopped during the Covid years.
"No other butcher has won the competition more than once; in the years McCaskie's didn't win it was either runner up or finalist.
As mentioned this is now the fifth time McCaskie's Haggis has picked up this award - previous wins were 15,16,17 and 18.
On top of that, McCaskie's also makes Scotland's most awarded Black Pudding (current National Champion and 4 times National Champion) and the five times and current World Champion Scotch Pie.
Nigel said: "It is unusual for one food producer to have such a dominance of awards for not one but three of Scotland's most iconic products....even really great that the company is based in Inverclyde."
