A GREENOCK man has denied supplying cannabis from his flat, as well as being in possession of five other controlled substances.
Ross Galloway, 25, is alleged to have been concerned in the supply of the class B drug to another or others at a property on Ann Street on April 3.
The Crown claims he was also in possession of machete and an axe in domestic premises on the same date.
Galloway faces five further charges of being in possession of class B tetrahydrocannabinol, as well as class C drugs diazepam, zopiclone, temazepam and bromazepam at the property.
He pleaded not guilty to all allegations through defence solicitor Gerry Keenan at Greenock Sheriff Court.
Sheriff James Varney fixed a trial for March 25, 2025.
