AN Inverclyde care home is hosting its Christmas fete this Saturday.
Newark Care Home in Port Glasgow is inviting people from all over Inverclyde to the festive event which will run from 2-4pm on December 7.
Santa will be stationed in his grotto ready to listen to what youngsters want for Christmas, and the team at the home have organised an amazing range of stalls.
There will be home-baking, a raffle for a Christmas hamper, tombola, bottle stall, bric-a-brac, and a Christmas stall for the kids with a lucky dip.
Youngsters can also have their faces painted, and hamburgers, hot dogs, mince pies, and hot drinks will be served.
Entry is free.
