Kilmacolm will be full of the festive spirit when people gather to sing Christmas Carols last this month.
Churches in Kilmacolm and Quarriers Village are joining with Port Glasgow Salvation Army to celebrate the festive season.
People will gather in the village square on Saturday, December 14 at 11.30am.
Any Lunn, minister of Mount Zion Church Quarriers Village, on behalf of all the churches, said: "We as the church community want to bring joy to the village and to remind everyone of the true meaning of Christmas.
"The gospel message can so easily be dropped out of Christmas as we are all so busy.
"After carolling we will go into the St. Columba's Hall for a short family service with more carols, a puppet presentation, Christingles and mince pies."
