A city in Scotland has been named one of the happiest places to live in the whole of the UK.
The annual study from Rightmove, which is in its 13th year, named Stirling the happiest place in Scotland and the 12th most happy location in Britain.
To create the ranking, Rightmove asked more than 35,000 people how they felt about their area.
The property website also looked at the average asking price and monthly rent for a property in these areas.
Located in the heart of Scotland, Stirling is a historic city that is well-known for iconic landmarks like Stirling Castle and the Wallace Monument.
It is also home to the University of Stirling as well as a vibrant high street featuring both independent and national retailers.
