THIS view looking up Greenock’s Belville Street dates to the early 1960s.
The street running off Belville Street on the left is Lauriston Street, which led to Barnhill Street. The only properties remaining today are the tenements on the south side at the top of Belville Street and two blocks at the junction with East William Street.
