THESE youngsters attended Kilmacolm Primary School in 1955.
The picture was sent to me by Willie McCourty, who is seen second from the left in the second back row.
He can only remember a couple of names of fellow pupils.
One was Jim Cook and the other was Davie Whittock, who is on Willie’s left. Davie’s uncle was the school janitor.
Willie and his family moved to Kilmarnock in 1956 and he still lives in the town.
Celebrating his 70th birthday next month, Willie would be pleased to come back to Inverclyde for a chat with any classmates still in the area.
I can pass a message to Willie or he can be emailed at wmccourty259@btinternet.com
