IT was interesting to see election fever has kicked off in earnest when reading the story 'Election rivals in war of words over council tax' in the Telegraph last week.
Labour’s general election candidate Martin McCluskey professed to tell people what puts us off of politics.
Personally, politicians not giving straight answers to simple questions is what puts me off.
In the entire article Councillor McCluskey manages to avoid answering whether or not he supports the council tax freeze that Alba’s Mr McEleny is campaigning for.
So, Mr McCluskey, can you provide a simple answer to a simple question.
Do you support a council tax freeze for the people of Inverclyde?
Yes or no?
