GREENOCK Wanderers will be celebrating International Women's Day this year with a special sporting celebration.
The women and girls section, led by captain Beverley Addison, is organising a dinner dance.
They hope to join together with other sports to mark the achievements of women and girls in the field.
Organisers would love to hear from women who play football, hockey, curling or swim or do weightlifting and everything in between.
The event is scheduled for Friday March 8 from 7pm, costing £20 a ticket.
