GREENOCK Wanderers’ women’s side will hit a special milestone this weekend as they play their 100th competitive match.
The side will host Annan at Fort Matilda in what, coincidentally, will be a rematch of their first ever competitive game.
Since that fixture, more than 126 women have pulled on a Wanderers jersey, with the team facing 30 different sides and travelling almost 8,000 miles to away games.
The squad have also played in three cup finals and three league deciders.
The match kicks off at 2pm on Sunday.
