Battery Park junior parkrun, event number 124, February 11
On a cold but dry morning, 22 junior parkrunners came along to take part in the latest event.
Two runners, Alannah Cameron and Rowan Crawford, were participating for the first time.
New PBs were achieved by six runners, Noah Carroll, Rudy Byrne, Jonah Carroll, Maisie McCall, Ruairidh Hair and Rosie Gregg.
Receiving his wristband for completing 21 junior parkruns was Noah Carroll.
It was an extra special event for another runner, Elijah Taylor, who completed his 100th junior parkrun.
Louis Reid was first of the boys to finish (07:15) and with a new PB of eight minutes flat, Noah Carroll was second. Completing the top three boys was Elijah Taylor in 08:24.
First of the girls to finish was Aimee McEleny (09:03) Anna Shearer was second girl (09:28) and Orla Barry completed the top three girls in 11:04.
