INVERCLYDE Council is seeking local people's views on the best locations to site new secure cycle parking.
Research cited by the local authority shows that a third of Scottish households are likely to be living in accommodation without access to suitable cycle storage.
To address this issue Transport Scotland, via the charity Cycling Scotland, provides support and funding so that local authorities can install secure cycle storage where it is needed.
Inverclyde Council have now launched a survey to help them identify the best places to put these facilities.
