GREENOCK football star Luke McCowan was congratulated by his former school after signing for his boyhood heroes Celtic.
Notre Dame High took to social media to congratulate the 26-year-old midfielder, who joined from Dundee hours before the transfer deadline last week.
The 26-year-old midfielder made his debut against Rangers last week after coming off the bench.
Congratulating their former pupil on X Notre Dame said: "Congratulations to former pupil Luke McCowan who signed for Celtic with minutes to spare before the transfer deadline.
"A fantastic achievement - well done, Luke!"
