A LOCAL amateur football team has blown the final whistle.
Greenock Mount Kirk FC has folded after five years.
The club said: "Thanks to all the players for their efforts.
"We had some great wins, managed to pick up a trophy and gained a promotion in that time.
"Thanks to the colleges league and churches league for taking us on."
