MORTON striker Jordan Davies insists he can't wait to get started at Cappielow.
The forward arrives in Greenock after scoring 26 goals and providing 10 assists for Cymru Premier side Connah's Quay Nomads last season.
His 36 goal contributions helped the club lift the Welsh Cup and Davies, who agreed a pre-contract with Dougie Imrie's men in February, hopes to continue his run of form in the Scottish Championship.
Speaking to the official club website, he said: "I feel honoured to have the chance to come up and play for Morton and I’m just really excited to get going now.”
“Last season was a really successful one for myself and the team, I maybe didn’t expect to hit as many goals and assists as I did but it was a terrific season and to finish it by winning the Welsh Cup was a great achievement.”
“I like to think I can provide some excitement for fans and keep them on the edge of their seats.
"Plenty of goals and assists is obviously my aim to help the team and I wear my heart on my sleeve.”

Davies enjoyed three seasons at the Welsh club but admits the lure of a return to full-time football, after eight years out, was an offer he could not turn down.
"Making the switch back to full-time football is something I have always wanted to do," he continued.
"I left a full-time environment around eight years ago and to now get this opportunity to return to that sort of environment is a massive achievement for myself and my family.”
“The gaffer has had a massive part to play in this move, I know he made the effort to come down and watch me albeit I think that game didn’t finish how we wanted but for him to have picked me from that shows the interest he had in bringing me to the club and ultimately gives me a lot of confidence as well and I can’t wait to officially get started.”
